Faced with this situation, the European Aviation Security Center (EASC e.V.) is researching elements of risk management by developing detailed scenario definitions as part of a German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) project, known as MIDRAS, and is drafting standards for professional training given to security personnel as part of another BMBF project, ArGUS. The presentation will provide insights into the initial results of these research activities.
